Yeah so I mite update on here still once n a while but I got a new xanga and now that i figured out how to do most of all the stuff on there i luv it! so yeah check it out or be a bum like most the people i know that never leave comment or nuthin and don't...lol...SwimGirlAlf's Xanga ;) check it out peoples! NOW! go go go! It rawks i promise! i have subscriptions to other peoples' i know on there so that's always fun...lol and i am maxed out for my blogrings subscriptions so u can check that out too! welp, off to bed! ttyl! lyl!

So it's been a lil while since I last updated...i was workin on a huge update bout branson which i mite put on here one of these days...for now..life's tooooo busy and crazy to worry bout my blog honestly....i am sooo tired and sick of hmwrk after only bein bak at skool for 2 dayz!!!!! GRRR. Can u say: STREEEESSSSSSSSSEEEEEEEEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Blah. n e ways...yeah so yest was the worst skool day ever....well...the worst one i have had in a long time...today was just "blah" omg and we had our first SIP trip class this morn at 7 THAT IS WAY TOO EARLY....and i just realized last nite that our pre-trip camp out is NEXT WKND!!!!!!! WUT THE FUZZ!!! Aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!! S T R E S S / T O O M U C H G O I N G O N!!!!!!!!!! AAaaahhhh!!!!!!!!!!and i LUV swmng but my back still hurts so bad i can barely do that n e more either which totally stinx...i left prac. early last nite practically in tears cuz i was hurting so bad and upset that i have now prolly screwed up my whole season....NOT COOL. :'( I was sooo lookin forward to Friday's Heights Invitational meet at WSU too cuz it is always a good one and lotsa people come...more then usual..since it is a closer meet for everyone....my friend Sam and maybe even Travis who mite come with Sam *wow that'd be weird to c him again...lol* and Mrs. Patton was guna try to come too...*Jer has a track meet that day...o yeah and i think it was Retta who told me he got 2nd in the easter sun run thing! Yeah! :D <3....n e ways....where was i...o yes...swmng...so my goal was totally to letter and do wayyyy better then last yr which i was sooo on my way to accomplishing and then BAM ...STUPID BACK PROBLEMS AGAIN..... :'( well..enuf complainin for now...i have so been tryin not to do that it's just that i am so frustrated with....well....everything that i can't really help it....blech...guna go now...ttyl....byez....

I was just lookin at the results again and for the girls age group 1-18 a 12 yr old got second! whoa! wish i could run that fast....dannnggg...lol...go her too even though i have nooo clue who she is lol. I should sooo do that next yr if i can! That'd be saweet! Not like I'd do all that great but it still MITE be fun....lol.. DUDE and a 74 yr old ran it in like 49 min! WHOAAA....dat's craziness!

Yo..so it is def. way to early to have swim prac. durin break..but w/e...ooo gabby is guna be there today! yeah! hopefully grissom will be ON TIME today...rawght...well i have prac till 10:30 then have to come home, shower and get ready for the day and pack and do laundry and then i am goin to the movies with Sam, his sis and her bf and maybe some of her bf's friends around 2! Today was an ok day considerin that the weather still stinx like none other DURING SB NONE THE LESS...tiz y i used a HAPPY color...to BRIGHTEN up today ;) yeah so i get up this morn at 7:30 and go to swim prac around 8:15...i get there and like two froshies show up...so we hang around for like 15 min and then r like forget this we're leavin...so 30 min. past prac time we leave cuz no one else shows up...i told katie i would take her home and hillary's parents took her home...so right as katie and i were leavin grissom pulls up and starts to go in so i rolled down my window and was like "mr. grissom!" he was like confused so i was like "we're leavin cuz no one else is here and we've been waitin forever..." he was still confused and went in and so we just drove off. Thus we did not have practice...yeah..the one morn i try to go...sheesh...nm the pool is set up for long course which is the devil so i had noooo problem w/ not havin prac! lol. Then i came home and did nuthin cept talk to kristen for a lil bit on aim and then left around 10:30, went to the afb, did some stuff there then came home and was sposed to clean my room and "dust the blinds" rawght...act. mrs. patton called and talked to me for a while and then sam called me back so i talked to him for a sec too. he's guna call me tomorrow bout the movie so that should be fun/interestin to c sunrise people i knew/know again...lol...so yeah i am supa bored and cleaned my room cept for the 342,239 loads of laundry that i have to do which my rents prolly rnt gunna be too happy about...oops...like one more day till our branson trip! yeah! that should be fun...i hope...i pray...it's been kind of a "blah" break ya know?!?...omg i miss u soooo much lish!!!!!!!! :'( i hope ur havin fun and helpin out alot in mexico! I am sure u r but i still miss ya terribly chica! lalala...yeah so i am goin to manders' grandparents which is where she's havin our lil get together so that should be fun...although idk that i will be that much fun cuz i am sorta vegged out and my back kills and i can get a "teensy-bit" cranky when it is hurting just cuz it HURTS OK. GOSH. lol...naw i try not too...lol...BOREDOM Aaaaaaaaa.....i guess i'll shut up now since i have nuthin worth sayin...cept for bye!

Rain Rain GO THE HECK AWAY
Yeah so this is sooo not a better day....ugg...omg so I got up and got ready and we left to go to our dentist appt and my mom and bro followed me in the van there and i was in my car so that when i was done i could leave and come home. so my mom tells me it's on douglas....WRONG. So we get seperated cuz i was tryin to get her to pull over and she totally wasn't payin attn and so she goes the opp. way and expects me to be able to turn in the middle of traffic...omg i was soo mad...of course she had a cow...so she tries to call me on my cell...*ROLLS EYES* I DONT HAVE IT DUHHH CUZ SHE TOOK IT AWAY LAST NITE...so after drivin around for like 20 min I finally gave up on findin the dang place and went back to where i knew...the bookstore on douglas and oliver...i went in and asked to use their phone and they were really nice and so i called my mom and told her where i was and she was all hysterical and i was like i am fine...btw thnx for leavin me...then she got p od at me again and contd to act all hysterical as if i had got shot or died downtown...omg...if n e one knows where they r goin down there it is me...i knew where i was just didnt know where the dang dentist was since she totally told me the wrong place...but w/e,,so she came and got me and i followed her to the dentist which was off of CENTRAL and then i got my teeth cleaned with that "mint" nastiness and got the xrays and the whole 9 yds...then come to find out i have a cavity..not just any old lil cavity..a big ol nasty one...frankly i wasn't surprised with all the junk i eat but w/e...nm it is on the same tooth i have another one on and the dr that fixed that one was a dummy and MISSED my tooth area with the cavity and shot my mouth in another spot THREE TIMES...omg i wanted to kill him...needless to say we NEVER went back to that loser...these people r alot nicer but i still am not a huge fan of people pokin my teeth and puttin gritty mint crap in my mouth...or cavities...but hey, i'll get to miss art and eng one day to have my appt so it's all good...hehe...still a totally cruddy day though...nm i still havent cleaned my room...i have no idea wut the plans r for tonite...and i am sposed to have swimmin from 4:30-6:30 and Gabs was sposed to be in town but i havent heard from her...and coach never called me back about practice so i called katie cuz she's a sweetheart and she told me when it was but my back still kills so idk if i am goin or not. HRMPH...NO GOOD BAD HORRIBLE AWEFUL DAY >:( g2g clean my room...ttyl....

OMG I MISS U SOOO MUCH ALREADY LISH!!! :'(
TEARS!!!! ALISHA is gone to Mexico :'( sobbbb....I got up at 4:45 this morn and went to see her at 5 at CCC b 4 she left. I saw Erin too. Omg i was about to cry...I wish i was goin w/ her! OMG! I just had a horrid thought...wut the heck am i gunna do w/o her durin college! :'(...ptl i dont have to worry bout it for 2 1/4 more yrs...k well cant talk long cuz my mom is p od at me...nm both the rents...actually i still have nooo clue y but w/e...yeah so then i came home and wudn't tired yet so i watched part of Pirates of the Carribean...good movie *johnny depp is soo hott for an older dude in that movie if u know wut i mean ;)<3* and slept till 9:30 then went to church w/ katie gee...there were only like 4 or 5 sr high people there cuz of SB and the mission trip...twas sad...but C.J. gave an awesome message that was much appreciated/needed bout stress...then after church i went w/ Katie and her fam. to Spangles and that was fun...then I came home and my day went down hill at a RAPID speed....totally stunk...omg...2mrw idn't lookin too much better either...idk whether it's the frickin weather or wut the heck it is or just that my fam. has been sooo busy but we were all in a bad mood...holy cow....yeah so totally bad aft./nite...o and if u wunna call me call me on the home phone cuz my cell is def. bye bye right now... >:( this break stinx so far...WAS good till today...figures...w/e...pray it gets better/everyone i know gets a better attitude...seriously...we're on break for cryin out loud...o yeah and as if it couldn't get worse...i totally HATE/AM TERRIFIED of storms and the weather is most def. gunna be bad over break...grrrrr...g2g b 4 my rents get more p od at me...dentist appt. 2mrw...BLECH..and coach never called me back bout swim practice so idc if i go or not now...but then again i wunna go cuz Gabs is comin into town for a few days and was gunna go to pract. to see us/swim with us.. :'(...gunna go spend some time with my Best Friend and Father and then try to get some sleep and hopefully things will be a lil better in the morn...rawght....nice thought...nite peoples. Yo!!! So today was a totally awesome day! So I slept in till almost noon which was sooo awesome and much needed and then I went to Modern Salon and got my hair cut like Ashlee Simpson and it is really cute and exactly wut I wanted and I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! Sry I don't have a pict. yet but I'll get one asap! ;) ok so then brock and kristen called and told me bout playin volleyball at TA at 4:30 so I did that and it was Brock, Adam, Kristen, Brian, and I for a while and then Elisha came too. It was soooo much fun! I had a crazy awesome time and the guys were crazy lol and I was soo not good at it but ya know...I tried...lol...that was fun! Then they all came over to my house around 6 after we all got tired and sore lol...omg i am sooo gunna have callouses...*sp?!?* the guys played pool over here while we girls watched 13 Going On 30. Everyone left around 7-ish and then my Dad and I went out to eat at Sumo and took Brock home on the way. Sumo was fun and it was sooo packed when we got there and booked thru 9 o clock so my Dad and I were like darn...we're not gunna get to eat here and plus we were starvin and the lady was totally ignoring us or so we thought but then they took us back and had us sit down at a table that had two more seats and we were like SAWEET cuz we only had to wait all of like 15 min! lol! It was a miracle! nm these two guys at our table were totally hott! One of em kept lookin over at me a ton too *he was honestly the cutest one I thought* but I eventually figured out he was from Cali and vacationing here over his S.B. which was this week and was with his friend and his friends' fam. there...but yeah no biggie cuz he was just cute and nuthin more...it made dinner interestin ;) lol...so yeah then I checked my phone after I got home and saw Sam had called and left a message. I texted him earlier today to say hey and I asked him if he got it and he said no and so I was like whoa he called me on his own! :) i was excited lol. so we talked for like an hr and a half from like 9-10:30 bout skool and people we know/i knew from sunrise and sports and other stuff and it was sooo cool! We're gunna try to get together again over SB so that'll be fun! O and heads up: on Mon. we're all gunna try to get together at someones' house *i am gunna check and see if it'd be ok to do it at mine..* and have a movie/game/ w/e we feel like doin' GOSH nite! lol! So yeah I'll be talkin to u all bout that asap! Omg i sooo LOVE my hair! :D o and Alisha leaves for Mexico tomorrow morn at 5! :'( I am gunna miss her sooooo much!!!!!!!!! I luv u girl! I am gunna get up and go see her off but only cuz it's her and i luv her so much! Pray for her and everyone else on the trip! N e ways, I gotta go make sumthin for her really quik and then I am gunna hit the hay for a bit then go c her off so I need some sleep! ttyl/ call me if u want...not tonite this late duh but not like n e of u r guna read this tonite or ever n e ways...lol...so g'nite peoples! xoxoxo!
